Tiny Flag Football

Ages: Pre-K – 1st Grade

Session 1: January 22 & 29 and February 5 & 12

Session 2: February 19 & 26 and March 4 & 11

Times: 5 – 6pm

Cost of each session: $100

If your young athlete is TINY but MIGHTY and looking to learn the game of flag football, this is a great place to start! They will learn the fundamentals, work on skills and have fun.

Depending on the number of participants, scrimmage games will be played.

Taught by Lewis University student-athletes.

 

Youth & High School Flag Football

GO PRO SPORTS DOME – 14285 County Line Rd., Minooka, IL

Ages: 1st – 8th Grade (6v6 Format*) and 9th – 12th Grade (7v7 Format)

Co-ed, 8-week program: January 22 & 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26 and March 4 & 11

Game Times: 5 – 9pm

Cost: $275 (early bird), game shirt included, medal for 1st place and team trophy

6-game regular season with 2 rounds of playoff/consolation games**

Field size is approximately 25 by 55 yards, roster size is 10-12 athletes, team and friend requests will be granted based on final age brackets***

Athletes will participate in a 10 to 15-minute warm-up, followed by a game. (separate practice not included).

Games consist of two (20) minute halves with a 3-minute halftime and one (30) second time out per half.

Volunteer coaches needed!

*5v5 will be considered based on the number of total participants.

**An uneven number of teams may change the number of games played.

***The final number of total participants will dictate the age brackets.

 

Speed & Agility Camp

Session 2: February 19 & 26 and March 4 & 11

Times: 7 – 8pm or 8 – 9pm (depends on age)

Cost of each session: $100

Taught by Lewis University Track and Field student-athletes, this camp is designed for those who want to increase their coordination and motor skills. Individualized drills focus on speed, form, strength building and conditioning. These movements greatly reduce the risk of injury.

This camp can supplement the winter flag season. (Any flag participant can also sign up for speed and agility and it will not interfere with their game times.)

 

 

Camp Cheer Zone & High School Cheer Prep

Dates: January 22 & 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26 and March 4 & 11

Times: 6 – 7pm

Cost: $200, cheer shirt included

This eight-week camp will focus on proper form, good technique, motions, tumbling and stunting. Participants will learn a routine to perform on the last day of camp.

High School Cheer Prep Clinic

Ages: 7th – 8th Grade

Dates: January 22 & 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26 and March 4 & 11

Times: 6 – 7pm

Cost: $200, cheer shirt included

This eight-week cheer clinic is for participants who are prepping for high school freshman cheerleading tryouts. Each week they will focus on proper form, good technique, motions, tumbling and stunting.

Both camps will be overseen and taught by Coach Holley White whose cheer resume is impressive. As a youth, head cheer coach for seven years, her teams took first place 10 times, have been grand champions twice and placed 5th and 9th at Nationals. She has five years as a youth cheer director and under her guidance, 5 out of 5 teams received bids to the Pop Warner National Championship. As cheer director overall, her teams had 29 top-three finishes.

Coach Holley has run over 10 successful youth cheer clinics and is YCADA certified. She knows how to take athletes to the next level! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn from the best!
