Soldier Field Experience
Games at Soldier Field on Sunday, May 10, with game times between 12:30pm and 6:30pm. Game schedule will not be released until rosters are final, which will be around April 15. Games will not be cancelled due to rain or cold weather. If there is inclement weather and it is unsafe for athletes to play, only PLAYBOOK can make the decision to cancel. Only then would spectator passes be refunded. If this is the case, make-up games will be played at the Joliet Park District on an alternative date.
ALL games scheduled that weekend (Sunday, May 10 and Monday, May 11) will be played at Soldier Field). There will be no Monday Night games that week.
ONLY 3 TEAM ZONE REGISTERED COACHES (per team) & ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD. Coaches must register for the 2026 Spring Season: https://teamzoneathletics.com/volunteer-to-coach/
Team Zone does not refund any part of the Spring registration fees if an athlete cannot attend the Soldier Field games.
Team Zone is not responsible for selling spectator passes, parking passes or photo packages as they are purchased through a third party.
NO CLEATS are ALLOWED at SOLDIER FIELD and you will not be allowed to enter if your athlete has cleats on. You will not receive a refund for spectator passes.

Entrance
Everyone will enter through the Gate 38 entrance!
There will be a Playbook check-in desk for athletes and spectators.
Everyone will check in by first and last name. Make sure to arrive at least 45 minutes early!
Spectators must check in so they can obtain the proper credentials.
Gates will open at 9:00 AM
Bag Policy:
- The stadium does not have a specific bag policy on non-game days but ALL bags will be checked upon arrival.
Check-In Process (Step-by-Step)
- Park in the North Garage
- Head to Level 3
- Enter through Gate 38
- Everyone (spectators & participants) will check in under their last name at the Playbook Check-in Deck
- Those going onto the field (players, coaches, cheer, platinum supporters, etc) will need to hand in their signed waivers to complete the check-in process)
- Proceed to the East Mezzanine & seating sections 104 – 114
- Teams should sit together in the seating bowl until 30-35 minutes before their game time, at which point our staff will escort them onto the field sidelines to warm up for their game.

Equipment
As a reminder, Soldier Field does NOT allow cleats to be used on the field. They have a strict NO CLEATS policy on non-NFL days and will be enforcing it on event day.
To adhere to this policy, NO CLEATS will be allowed INTO the stadium. Security will not be allowing cleats past Gate 38.
We recommend turf shoes if you have them, gym shoes if not
Bag Policy
● All guests will go through security screening at entry.
● There is no specific bag policy on non-game days but ALL BAGS will be checked upon
arrival.
● Stadium staff instructions must be followed at all times.
Team Zone is providing footballs, flags and REFEREES for all games.
Parking
All vehicles will be able to park in the North Garage, which is reserved for this Playbook event.
Parking in the garage is $27 for up to 4 hours. Anything over 4 hours is $32.
Unfortunately, parking is controlled by the city of Chicago, so neither Soldier Field nor Playbook has control over the parking price.
NO alcohol, grilling, or table set ups (tailgating) are allowed in the North Garage and will be strictly enforced.
Food/Beverages
No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the stadium.
The stadium will have CONCESSIONS OPEN. Concessions will close 30 minutes before the event ends
Only PLAYERS may pack their water (and only water) inside their backpacks and are allowed to bring only water onto the field.
Soldier Field Waiver
All PLAYERS AND COACHES need to turn in HARD COPY waivers on game day at Soldier Field in order to participate. They will be emailed out and hard copies will be given to coaches (at equipment handout)
Optional Photo Package and Game Day Apparel
Photo Packages
● PLAYBOOK offers an optional photo package at an extra charge
● Professional photographers will capture team photos, action shots, and candid moments
throughout the event.
● Packages can be purchased through your team’s registration link.
● About 14 days after the event, photos will be uploaded to playbook.pixieset.com.
● Families who purchased a package will receive an email with a link and a coupon code
to redeem their package.
Game Day Apparel
● Limited-edition Playbook event apparel will be available for purchase through your link
● Items typically ship within 2 weeks of purchase.
Team Zone is not responsible for selling photo packages as they are purchased through a third party.
No refunds will be given by PLAYBOOK if photo packages are purchased and you do not like the photos
There is no guarantee to the number of photos that have your athlete in them.
